Happy New Year!!

"Hidden Mickey!" (My kids are a little "hidden Mickey" crazy right now, so that was for them.
Happiest New Year to all! I had an incredibly quiet holiday this year. Maybe that's what I get for "whining" about my crazy Christmas!! Anyway, the older four kids were out at Russell's parents' house. They live out in the country so there's always a bonfire and fireworks. The kids LOVE it! Russell had to work on New Years Eve, which put him half way between home and his parents'. I was home with Conner and had planned to drive out there and meet them for "the party". Then I just decided not to. That's it-I just decided not to. I decided to stay home and let Conner go to bed at his regular time and then I watched the Fox News people freezing in NYC. I think it was like 17 degrees there. BRRR.
It was really nice and peaceful. It gave me a chance to really think about this new year and all of the possibilities it brings. I expect many changes in the coming year, not the least of which is having no child in diapers!
"Things are going to start happening to me now."
Hope everyone had a wonderful New Years celebration and that this year brings all the best!
By the way, I got an email from Sinda's breeder and she is doing very well. She's wagging her tail and playing with all the other dogs. She has two families that are interested in her! YIPPEE!

Quiet is good. I get tired of too many events. Hey I have a quick question for you. Where do you get the church button on your side bar. I need one of those.

I actually just sort of "made it". I looked up clip art of the church's logo, and then saved the picture on my computer. Then I added it as just a picture on my sidebar. When you add a picture there's an option to make it a link to another site. I typed in www.mormon.org there where the option is. There may be a better way to do it, but I didn't know how, so I just made it up. It worked, though! Hope that helps!

Sounds like you all had a good holiday season. We are getting back to normal. That is if Joey could go to school and Amber could get to work. They are both sick and I'm not sure but Joey may need his tonsils yanked out. You can ask Billy if that is the proper term. We are trying to get the house back on the market. The baby is just 3 short months away. Wish us luck!
