Home Sweet Home

We're home from "the happiest place on earth". Sad, yes, but we're sure tired. All of the blisters on my feet are ready to sit for a while. We had a blast! No vomiting this year. Yay!! (Last year when we went over half of our party got sick) We rode almost every ride there, with the exception of a couple of rides that the kids have gotten old enough to deem stupid. A testament to the fact that I'm getting old-I kind of dig those rides. So anyway, a good time was had by all. Caden, who is a small 42 1/2 inches, was boosted enough by his "Heeleys" to ride the 44 inch rides. Is that cheating? They wouldn't ask anyone else to take off their shoes, so I decided it wasn't. He loved it! He was "lifted" enough to ride Space Mountain, Mission-Space, and Expedition Everest. Three of the coolest rides. I was so happy for him it made me cry. I'm so sure. Conner's favorite ride was "Peter Man". Now he's sort of obsessed with "Peter Man". I absolutely love to hear him say it. Makenna got to ride Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and Hotel of Terror for the first time. She loved the first two, but was a little iffy about Hotel of Terror. If you've never done it, let me just say "Holy Cow." She did ride it twice, though. Carter was able to ride Rock'n Rollercoaster for the first time. It's the only upside-down roller coaster at Disney parks. Of course, Chandler just did it all. Tons of fun we had. I remind myself of Yoda. I got Caden this great shirt. So perfect for his little self:

The Front.
The Back. Too funny.
Here are some of the other pics from all the fun. I'll post some more later.

Russell and his secret crush.
The traditional silly hat picture.

The night of Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party.

Adorable Chandler and Woody.

Chandler, Carter and Caden with the Scary Barbershop Quartet.

This squirrel was so funny. He discovered a box of french fries in this stroller and would brave anything to get to them. He would literally dig and find a fry, then sit there and eat it. You couldn't even scare him away. So funny. You know, if I were a squirrel, I'd live there too.

I love to see my parents hold hands.

The whole gang. We wished for the rest of the family.

On Buzz Lightyear-Spaceranger Spin

In line for Pirates of the Caribbean-always has been, always will be my fave.

A little bit of pirate anxiety.

Conner was in love.

So fun. I'll post more pics another day. Takes so long. We're glad to be home, but can't wait to go back.
